The successful candidate will possess the following: 

  • Collects, prepares, and analyzes financial data for potential acquisitions
  • Supports complex valuation and competitive analyses
  • Creates profiles on potential acquisition targets and their competitive market
  • Maintains data rooms for Corporate Development and other ClubCorp organizations during due diligence
  • Prepares initial presentations on potential transactions for Investment Committee approval
  • 3+ years minimum experience in a financial analyst role
  • Transactional investment banking, private equity or corporate finance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting / economics or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Highly proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Smart View / Hyperion Planning a plus
  • Interest in real estate and golf industry a plus
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
