The primary responsibility of this role is to enter Orders/ Quotes into ERP system. Manages customer orders/quotes/portals/schedules by maintaining accurate customer information, validating price, verifying order terms and conditions, confirming scheduling rules and entering shipment, quantity and date information. To drive customer focus through Order Entry, Quotes & Portal activities. Excel in Order Management at back end and support sites in enhancing front end customer support.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

+ Manage work source which are Mailbox, Portals and SharePoint.

+ Enters/process new orders from customers through order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free order management. Enters/process changes and cancellations from customers through order entry systems using established business rules.

+ Maintains accurate and organized order files, order acknowledgments and customer contact Information.

+ Proactively communicates in a timely manner with internal and external customers (optional) about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status.

+ Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving.

+ Competency : High learning agility and able to analyze, adapt, understand complex requirements of Order management.

+ Fosters an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships

Qualifications

+ Graduate/Post Graduate

+ Data entry skills, including proofreading

+ MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

+ Phone skills and customer communication skills

+ Keyboarding skills required – typing and 10-key. Minimum speed 35 WPM

+ Flexibility and ability to multi-task required. 

+ Mathematical skills

+ Reasoning ability

+ Problem Solving Skills
