Job Description
Having a proven track record in the Human Resources and Benefits Outsourcing industry, the executive sets and executes the strategy for the bswift client services and account management organization, while ensuring client expectations are exceeded with each relationship. The executive oversees the development and implementation of account strategies designed to meet growth goals set by the organization. The executive is responsible for leading all client and account management teams. The executive is accountable for leading efforts that impact the success of partnerships with all 300+ bswift clients that account for more than $178m of annual revenue including the largest and most complex clients which includes CVS Health (250,000 lives), Compass Group (400,000 lives), TRS (500,000 lives).

This executive manages 600 (and growing) colleagues, over $178m (and growing) revenue and is accountable for the profitability of this work. The executive is the primary face to the market as it pertains to client delivery and client relationships and cultivates relationships with the clients’ senior executives. The executive is responsible for leading the efforts associated with all renewals and new business sales deals. The executive is responsible for developing all cost and staffing estimates for the 200+ large market deals that are pursued each year to ensure profitable sales. The executive is accountable for driving the partnership with the internal sales teams to make sure all sales pursuits are supported properly by knowledgeable operations and client relationship staff.

Related to operations, the executive leads the 1) formation and execution of a strategic operating model for the bswift organization, 2) creates and deploys client operational strategies across the entire book of business ($178m of annual revenue) 3) sets company direction and priorities for product direction, 4) sets strategy for the operational approach in sales and leads sales efforts for the largest prospects, 5) leads strategy and execution for organizational readiness, growth and development of client services operations, 6) drives innovative solutions to optimize and simplify the workflow and client/member experiences.

-Senior Executive accountable for how bswift is represented to clients, prospects, brokers, and Third-Party Evaluators who are critical to the bswift’s success.
-The incumbent is the Executive Sponsor for large Aetna and CVS enterprise accounts that impact bswift’s success and the retention of CVS and Aetna key accounts.
-The incumbent is responsible for the success of all 300+ bswift clients that account for more than $178m of annual revenue and is the final escalation point for client teams and clients.
-Sets strategy and drives long-term execution of bswift’s Core Operations’ strategic, financial, operational, and service delivery business plans to ensure continuous growth.
-Sets strategies and drives innovative solutions to optimize and simplify the workflow and customer/member experiences.
-Sets the strategy and drive long-term execution of all Client Services – both Direct and Channel Partner businesses.
-Responsible for creating, building and providing a common operational go-to-market framework to advance bswift’s growth strategy with a relentless focus on execution.
-Assist in formulating the company’s future direction through providing input on the company’s business plan and financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Provide leadership and direction to company pricing strategies based on operational work effort and costs to deliver all client deals to ensure profitable deal model.
-Provide direction on Client Relationship Management; ensure proper staff and skills to lead all size clients with varying service models (co-sourced, mid-market, large market, Mega clients). Responsible for creating a standard, rigorous operating cadence across Client Services developing a simplified, scalable infrastructure.
-Manage all compliance, risk and control requirements working with Aetna Risk Management, Compliance and Audit functions.
-Drive and measure Client Satisfaction with goal of creating Raving Fans and continuing to meet and exceed our NPS score of 53.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior management experience or equivalent required.
- Able to successfully negotiate partnership agreements favorable to bswift and drive positive revenue growth by securing referrals from carrier partners and driving increased bswift subsidization from carrier partners.
- Able to regularly follow up with internal stakeholders to deliver on obligations to partners and maintain good relations internally.
- Must be able to hold partners accountable to terms of our agreements and maintain good relations externally
- Able to travel as needed.
