This position is within Lockheed Martin Space new Business Innovation Technology Enterprise Excellence \(BITEE\) organization specifically the newly created Resilient Digital Environments \(RDE\) team\. The candidate will be a part of the Program Adoption team for a brand\-new classified, digital environment, DarkStar\! The candidate will support the Program Adoption Lead and support the integration DoD programs looking to adopt the DarkStar solution and will be responsible for developing a project and integration plan for successful adoption\. The candidate will coordinate with program management and technical leads to coordinate program action plan which includes network hardware deployment, HW procurement, deployment of workstations, classified phones and storage/compute requirements\. This role will be critical to the success of program execution and successful onboarding of new programs and users to the environment\.

Further this position will also require travel to various Space sites and will also require substantial executive engagement with senior program management\. The candidate will report directly to the DarkStar PM and will closely coordinate with the DarkStar Operations lead\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

You will need to possess these basic qualifications:

•Understanding of IT system architectures and multi\-site connections

•Strong project management experience \(Schedules, budget, planning execution\)

•Experience with project management tools \(Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc\.\)

•Experience with presenting to executive/senior leadership

•Self\-starter and quick learner with the ability to spot potential for process improvement

•Experience leading an IT team in assigning and delegating tasking/activities

•Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organization boundaries

•Capable of building effective relationships with teams and subject matter experts

•Ability to coordinate with other sites, business areas, programs and functional areas to coordinate implementation plans

**Desired Skills:**

To be successful, ideally, you should also have:

Preferred DoD SECRET Clearance

• Experience with management of IT systems including storage, servers, networking devices

• Experience with quantifying return on investment \(ROI\) and ability to track savings for both the customer and LM

• Experience with leading an Agile team and/or understanding of Agile principles

• Demonstrated experience in planning and maintaining budgets

• Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders to complete tasking and mission execution
