**Summary**

The Customer Development Representative is the first point of contact to engage and provide a great experience representing COOP. You will need to work at a high rate of productivity daily to qualify new leads, create new accounts, and move the new leads to Customer Success Managers and other sales closers.

**Responsibilities:**

+ As a first point of contact with potential customers, provide a welcoming and and engaging experience.

+ Perform credit/operations risk checks on all leads.

+ Set up accounts and maintain accurate information in the HubSpot CRM platform.

+ Pass on qualified leads to Customer Success Managers.

+ Communicate requirements to disqualified leads.

+ Answer new account inquiry emails and phone calls.

**Skills and Abilities** :

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Highly thorough and dependable.

+ Ability to switch from one task to another quickly.

+ Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

+ High energy, self-directed, self-motivated.

+ Ability to work as part of a team.

**Qualifications:**

+ H.S. Diploma/GED.

+ At least two (2) years of customer service experience.

+ Bachelors or Associates Degree Preferred.
