Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a software technical nature. Experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

-Developing software for HDMT Tester Operating System (HDMTOS).
-Developing software based-tools to automate TD activities eg. data analysis tool, error checking tool, debug software tool, test integration too, and more.
-Developing software test content and improving test infrastructure.
-Assisting engineers in performing software test debug/trouble-shooting and also may be assigned to perform various activities in the lab.

This is an internship and compensation will be given accordingly based on candidate education level and internship duration.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences .

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a master's degree or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ months of experience in software programming competencies in one of the following:  C++, Python, C sharp,  JAVA.
