Digital Product Manager Lead - IngenioRx

IngenioRx is Anthem’s Pharmacy Benefits Management organization centered in pharmacy care that focuses on innovation, transformation, expertise, and personalization. The IngenioRx Digital Solution team is hiring a Digital Product Manager Lead to join our team. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for developing and overseeing an enterprise-wide Pharmacy Digital strategy and implementation through collaborating and influencing external and internal entities. 


The Digital Product Manager Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives, including the design, implementation, and ongoing strategy development of new and existing capabilities of digital products from inception to launch and lifecycle. 

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to

  • Assesses digital impacts of initiatives, prioritizes work team activities and addresses execution obstacles. 
  • Accountable for product delivery. 
  • Communicates status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to constituencies including management and other team members including but not limited to IT and business stakeholders. 
  • Organizes and facilitates standard agile operating processes including research planning, capability needs, product roadmaps, release communication, and budget management; ensures initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality. 
  • Defines manages, and communicates business needs and KPIs, ensuring the organization meets its performance goals and that there is alignment across the execution teams, escalating and resolving issues impacting delivery.
  • Holistically manages the digital Pharmacy experience from inception to launch and lifecycle, including the creation of features, collaboration and delivery of go-to-market activities, and post-delivery management.
  • Collaborates with enterprise counterparts to deliver an omnichannel digital Pharmacy experience, ensuring strategies and solutions are accounted for within the enterprise roadmap, aligning with the enterprise goals and strategies for the organization.
  • Leverages member feedback, competitor and industry data, and analytics to determine ways to competitively advance in a specialized area of digital Pharmacy across the enterprise, breaking down to yearly and quarterly feature delivery plans.
  • Mentors junior level DPMs to grow a best in class Digital business unit.


Minimum Requirements 

  • Requires a BA/BS degree; 7 years of experience leading and managing large digital product delivery initiatives; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Prior direct to consumer experience required. 
  • Scaled Agile experience is required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Health or managed care experience preferred. 
  • Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.  
  • MBA preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $107,772 - $134,715

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
