Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager with demonstrated background in developing interactive software products on our Applied AIˣ platform. You will be a member of the core team responsible for data-driven analytics solutions to optimize semiconductor manufacturing. This is a highly cross-functional role involving a diverse group of engineers and software developers. As a Product Manager, you will participate in developing the strategy and roadmap, based on company vision, to deliver best in class products to market. This position requires willingness to learn new technologies, solve complex problems, identify innovative solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for AIˣ
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience
  • Translate user requirements into Product Requirement Document (PRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
  • Drive development of apps on AIˣ platform with cross-functional teams consisting of project managers, process engineers, system engineers, algorithm engineers, software programmers and UI/UX designers
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and performance
  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
  • Assist in providing R&D with Voice of Customer (VOC) input and alpha/beta testing results for product development strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a product manager of data focused software solutions in the hardware/manufacturing domain
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying data infrastructure
  • Proven track record of distilling clear requirements from problem statements of varying ambiguity
  • Experience managing challenges that arise in product development and commercialization – timelines, technical risks, and market dynamics – with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Must have a professional manner, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
  • Hardware or process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar field is a plus
