An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Senior Sales Representative in the Performance Materials and Technologies, Fine Chemicals business, reporting to the Sales Director Fine Chemicals Europe.

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and driving growth in end-user customers in the Fine Chemicals (and Research Chemicals) segment for FC across CEE. The Senior Sales Representative will implement the strategic plan set for the area allowing consistent achievement or exceeding of the annual operating plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of engagement with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Fine Chemicals organization engaging with all the main stakeholders in the value chain. Develop working relationships with major customers and distributor sales team to coordinate and support sales of the products.

Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions for our Fine Chemicals Business. Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers, while aligning with critical sales business objectives. Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within our organization.
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. Provide input to AOP, STRAP, APO and regular use of SFDC.


Manage customers in your region incl. distributors

Grow the FC&RC business ( = YOY net growth ) with sustainable margin (= YOY net margin growth) by converting new customer and by getting approved into new applications

Secure the core business (= minimize YOY erosion)

Identify Opportunities
Manage and Plan Accounts in CEE
Negotiate and Close deals
Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition
Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
Establish Rapport with Customers

Build a plan to deliver AOP by managing a sales pipeline and forecast



  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in chemical Engineering
  • strong and proven key account management
  • Proven commercial channel leadership
  • comfortable with delivering on commercial excellence metrics / using CRM tools like SFDC
  • In depth knowledge of specific application/industry expertise
  • Good understanding of requirements in the Customer`s field
  • Knowledge of all requirements from our customers and their end users
  • Spoken and written English is essential; spoken Polish essential; other languages in the Region preferable
  • Willingness to travel 60+% of the time.
  • Minimum 5 years selling experience in a multinational environment.


  • Significant experience in (technical) Sales/Account Management in the Industry
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Commercial and financial acumen – ability to understand capex, return on investment, total cost of ownership, finance, and demonstrated focus on creating customer value.
  • Technical and commercial knowledge of Fine Chemicals and components
