Client Care professionals deliver the power of the CBRE platform to our clients by ensuring we are working seamlessly across service lines and geographies. These teams engage senior CBRE leaders, market professionals and CBRE research and technology to drive measurably superior outcomes to our clients.

This role sits within the Operations & Analytics team of Client Care - which is a key provider of client intelligence and analytics platforms to support our leaders across the region. This role will suit someone who could manage data, initiate ideas, and bring insights leading to better client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (60%)

  • Support operations for regional Client Care leaders in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Pacific, Korea, and Japan.
  • Maintain and refine Client Care's account management core tools
  • Collaborate with Research, Marketing, and business line operation teams on client initiatives and projects
  • Support annual client feedback survey process and prepare findings for management

Analytics (40%)

  • Drive and deliver central client data and insights, including quarterly client revenue reporting and dashboards/presentations for senior management
  • Oversee portfolio and fund information for key clients, with goal to automate process and explore new tools with developers.
  • Partner with Digital & Technology team on salesforce development, business roll-out, training, and ad-hoc queries.
  • Work closely with Data Integrity team on data cleansing


  • Bachelor's degree, 6-10 years work experience. Experience in an MNC environment, consulting or business analysis a plus
  • Strong project management skills with previous experience managing project from inception to finalization
  • Ability to transform data into insights and intelligence to inform business and decision making
  • Knowledge of / ability to quickly learn key tools such as Excel, Oracle Peoplesoft / Business Intelligence (Power BI), Salesforce, Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and influence change
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
