The Digital - Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities. We bring together a unique set of experts in digital product management, design, and analytics.

The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for the product development and management of a new experience on the flagship Commercial Electronic Office (CEO®) channel, specifically to support customer-bank relationship management activities for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking customers. This position will work across other digital product managers as well as business and product partners across the organization on customer journeys, use cases, and holistic end to end customer flows to create a delightful, frictionless, cohesive and consistent experience for customers.

  • Skilled in communicating the vision and value of a cohesive experience, and obtaining alignment with others
  • Skilled in creating digital channel experiences (hubs serving many spokes), that take into account journey mapping, empathy mapping, and can articulate and present user needs and user flows
  • Creative and resourceful with prototyping and communication of ideas
  • Proficient with process mapping and familiar with process engineering
  • Skilled in using data to measure against outcomes, derive insights, and make informed decisions
  • Executors, and scrappy and/or creative problem solvers who get things done
  • Skilled at operating in a demanding environment - multiple priorities, multiple stakeholders, tight timelines
  • Relationship builders and negotiators, who are quickly trusted for integrity and ability to make sound decisions
  • Knowledgeable about commercial banking
  • Knowledgeable about technology development lifecycle and agile methodology

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $126,000 Mid: $180,000 Max: $234,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of digital, product management, banking industry or financial services industry experience
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience with heavy data requirements, from discovery through execution and/or migrations; 2-3 years’ experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or service
  • Experience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches
  • Previous experience launching new products or product enhancement within an Agile framework
  • Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives spanning across multiple functions and multiple lines of business
  • Previous third party platform integration
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Advanced negotiation skills both with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
