Job Description
As the Rare and Complex Product Senior Advisor you will drive product development, implementation, and management of new and existing products focused on addressing the needs of members with rare disease to improve health and proactively lower costs. You will have the opportunity to ideate, refine, and detail the build of new products that directly impact the lives of our members. The role also requires that you effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day needs of existing products. This will require optimizing existing programs, directing continued operational excellence, proactive identification of potential issues, and agile decision making. Both the product development and management components of this job will require you to develop strong partnerships with the immediate team and stakeholders across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Serving as product owner and internal and external subject matter expert for existing rare and specialty care management program
- Identifying product development opportunities to meet business objectives or achieve operational efficiencies, lead pilots to test these concepts and quantify value
- Refining new product visions to ensure operationally achievable within time constraints and can meet financial goals
- Establishing project management processes; analyzing and evaluating current results and strategizing and implementing improvements where needed
- Leading IT development and review processes to transfer product vision to delivery for new products and product enhancements
- Responding to immediate client needs and synthesize client feedback to improve our products
- Collaborating and clearly communicating with various teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the enterprise to partner to create and deliver innovative solutions that cover multiple business lines and opportunity areas

The team you will be joining focuses continuing to meet the high standards associated with delivering an established rare disease care management program and evolving the product. The team is focused on improving delivery and continually innovating this impactful program to drive engagement and quantifiable, positive health outcomes. This means we work in a fast-paced environment and this role will be a best fit for a candidate who is comfortable analyzing a business need, setting direction for implementation, and driving results.

Required Qualifications
* At least 7 years of experience in a product development, product management, strategic consulting or related role with experience creating and/or executing product launches
* 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading teams

Preferred Qualifications
* Proven skills in strategic thinking and analytics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop and deliver presentations to internal and external (client) audiences, including ability to do so virtually
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
* Must be results-oriented; possess ability to set the right expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross functional stakeholders; drive the project and keep others on task to meet goals
* Demonstrated team player, able to develop cross functional relationships and communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization
* Ability to work in 100% virtual setting

Education
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Masters Degree is preferred
* Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
