AGBG Industry Practice builders strengthen portfolios within emerging areas. They are visionaries who help clients to add business value from established and emerging GOOGLE cloud technologies and Accenture solutions / accelerators. They help customers rethink their business models, acting as strategic advisors on high-impact cloud transformation activities. They are accountable for GOOGLE ecosystem-related sales and work on developing strategic & long-term client relationships. With deep expertise in cloud-ased industry transformation, they act as a subject matter advisor internally and externally to position Accenture as a market leader.

This is a GTM role focused on Cloud Based Retail Industry Transformation in Accenture Google Business Group

The work:

+ Grow new and emerging portions of the Accenture GOOGLE related business within Retail

+ Work with other leaders to align on and prioritize innovative industry accelerators & solutions that address critical client and market needs within Retail

+ Be a storyteller. Be able to present the business value in the new and emerging area

+ Be an internal and external evangelist for the future of the industry

+ Work with other leaders to design and execute strategy for developing and building an intentional pipeline of work within the Retail network. Be accountable for quantitative targets (e.g., global sales, revenue, assets, thought leadership, etc.)

+ Own GOOGLE Retail relationships

+ Generate innovative solution ideas based on the client requirements by collaborating with offering leads and technology teams, as required

+ Work with all stakeholders Client/Industry Sales Account Lead, Solutioning, Commercial, and Delivery to shape these solutions

+ Work with AGBG leads, Sales and Account team, and partner with other Accenture entities to originate and shape opportunities

+ Able to travel 25% (as required) post COVID travel considerations/concerns (as currently much of our work is virtual)

Should be expert in Retail. Should understand the retail value chain and how Cloud unlocks value. Should understand how Google technology specifically applies to accelerate speed to value

Here's what you’ll need:

+ 2+ years Google, Azure, or AWS Cloud Transformation expertise – prefer Google Cloud Practitioner Certification

+ Minimum 2 years of Public Cloud Strategy

+ 3+ years in Technical Architecture or in a Software or Consulting sales role supporting Cloud based products.

+ 5+ years as a Management Consultant in the Retail Sector or in a Retail leadership role.

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $148,000 to $268,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
