The Perduco Group is seeking an Air/Sea Threat Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Reston, VA. An active Top-Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position.

The Air/Sea Threat Subject Matter Expert is a part of a team of threat experts to develop and integrate adversary military operational plans into actionable modeling and simulation inputs, as part of a larger analysis team that includes operational military subject matter experts, threat operations experts and operations research analysts. The analysis team is responsible for developing new analytic processes to leverage emerging modeling and simulation capabilities.


  • Provide understanding of adversaries’ current and emergent operational capabilities of military threat air/land/sea systems, future concepts, and command structures
  • Develop adversary red air/land/sea operational game plans

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Expert threat knowledge/operational experience with U.S. adversaries’ military capabilities
  • Ability to dynamically develop plausible red responses to changes in blue capabilities and concepts of operations
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance to be considered for the position

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Database query languages
  • Ability to coordinate with government managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify objectives
  • Understanding of military operations, planning, and analysis approaches
