Job Description

Development of company market requirements for specific product(s)or product line(s), including requirements analysis, and pricing. Develops business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Establishes pricing strategies to build or protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions.


  • Responsible for developing specific scope business & marketing plans, Working closely with the product and sales to create marketing content internally and externally
  • Customer needs and competitive environment
  • Conducts competitive analysis for specific products
  • Analyze , research and summarize marketing trends, new markets potential - identify customer high value problems, technology, business, market opportunities and threats
  • Competitive intelligence - analyze competitive information and transform it to knowledge and clear actions
  • Responsible to assess market penetration and product positioning for specific product/scope driving competitive advantage, revenue and market share
  • Support ‘Go-to-Market’ activities for new and existing product introductions including: positioning, messaging, value proposition, conferences, sales materials


  • 4-7 Years of relevant experience
  • Customer facing experience of 3Y at least
  • Multi-disciplinary High-Tec company
  • Willingness to travel ~ 1week/month
