The business specialist is the major link between Customer Service and Sales acting as a support function for the regional Leadership team. In addition, the specialist will support the order management team in follow ups with the Sales team.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support on business reporting for Customer Service activities, analysis, and follow up actions to remove any road blocks preventing the Customer Service team from booking or invoicing sales orders.  

Core Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)

  • Daily management on business projections for order book management and invoicing.
  • Work with functional stakeholders and counterparts to drive order booking.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage the change process to achieve desired results
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of the processes for all lines of business
  • Test, validate, and support deployment of E-commerce and self-service portals
  • Responsible for O2C journey being part of the Customer Service Team
  • Works proactively with all departments to ensure the correct resolution to the customer’s request
  • Actively engage in supporting, driving and sustaining HOS practices and behaviors
  • Maintain process KPI’s in achieving business and process goals.
  • In conjunction with the C&PS Leadership Team Identify and improve business critical KPI’s
  • Support the business in reduction in OTTR failures
  • Maintain Quality Metrics for all Order Management Activities
  • Maintain MOS on RMA process and improvements 

Functional Qualifications

  • 5 -7+ years Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in using office productivity applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, and Salesforce CRM, Excels
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent customer support skills including experience handling customer escalations
  • Leadership Experience
