As a HR Transformation SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant/Manager you will:

+ Participate in HR SuccessFactors Transformation pre-sales by presenting our methodologies, assets and pre-configured solutions

+ Lead and deliver for HR SuccessFactors transformation projects/modules within complex and global environments

+ Analyze, design and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of HR transformations

+ Lead, coach and advise project team members to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and assets

+ Keep up to date with current developments and trends in SAP SuccessFactors roadmaps and features

What we’re looking for:

+ You will bring a creative and innovative mindset to your work and clients while ensuring the highest quality work delivered on time.

+ Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation ( e.g ; Employee Central (EC), Performance and Goals (PM/GM), Succession Planning (SP), Career Developing Planning (CDP), Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Compensation, Payroll)

+ Be certified in at least one SuccessFactors module

+ Desirable experience of HR transformation consulting

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

+ Understanding of data management and integrations

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
