The selected candidate for this position will report to the Intelligence, Reconnaissance, Surveillance & Strategic Effects Division's Sr Business Operations Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for an exciting USAF program with multiple Delivery Orders\. Many of the Delivery Orders have an Earned Value reporting requirement\. The program team is located at the LM RMS Deer Creek/Littleton location\. Specific responsibilities will include monthly program reporting and analysis and close interaction with the Program Manager, CAMs, program and finance team members\. Candidate will have financial skills to forecast and analyze new awards, sales, profit and cash, and assist the Program Manager in the development of the Long Range Plan\. The selected candidate will perform Program cost analysis, reconciliations, generate monthly earned value metrics and other financial responsibilities for the ISR & SE Division\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Minimum 5 years experience in Program Finance in a DoD environment, including cost reporting and analysis, ETC/EAC development and reviews and monthly forecasting and tracking for Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash\.

Excellent Interpersonal Communications Skills are required as successful candidate will interact with Division Director, Program Management, and Program Team Professionals

Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion and/or other similar financial Systems Software

Candidate shall demonstrate the ability to utilize problem\-solving skills to efficiently isolate problems/errors, evaluate, and implement solutions\.

Candidate shall possess strong PC skills and the ability to learn new financial systems quickly\. Proficiency of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point\.

Must possess the ability to perform effectively under deadline pressure as well as be a team player in a team environment\.

**Desired Skills:**

Proficiency of Earned Value Management Systems, including baseline development, maintenance, cost reporting and variance analysis, as well as integrated EV tools such as Open Plan & Cobra
