Driving revenue and profitability performance of the Aerospace Lighting Business, you will establish business plans, develop marketplace opportunities, conduct product launches and growth activities, lead sales pursuits, oversee product life cycle, support customers directly and indirectly through customer business teams and lead engineering and ISC as required to ensure timely delivery of product. This will be done through collaboration with customer managers, site managers, peers and cross-functional teams. Exceed sales, profit, return on investment and working capital objectives by managing GBE deliverables. Exceed regional strategic objectives (STRAP) through effective product management and cross-functional collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • BA/ BS degree
  • 5 years’ experience in business management or technical role
  • Due to export control restrictions, must be a US Citizen
