Job Description

The successful candidate will work within the Digital & Technology systems global team focusing on supporting the Facilities Management business.

The role will assist the business in the use of a range of client facing business application software programs - with a particular focus on CAFM or CMMS systems.



Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Support an effective technology deployment following new client wins. Onboarding internal and external customers onto the GWS tech stack.

• Assist with activities of CAFM software and technology suppliers - both external and internal.

• Assist withthe introduction of new and upgraded software through the entire lifecycle.

• Promote Best-Practice & ensure consistent usage of technology (where appropriate) through advice and support to key users in accordance with company IT and Systems strategy and guidelines.

• Provide support to Business Development via demo's, meetings and advice to existing and prospective customers and support with handling tender questions.

• Provide training to users on our full technology stack, both in face to face and virtual.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required plus 3-5 years experience with process improvement, project

management or other related experience.

Prior experience with CMMS products a plus.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Microsoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively

present information over Webex or in-person presentations. Ability to respond effectively to

sensitive issues.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and profit. Requires

adequate knowledge of bidding and scoping software and professional services SOW

documents. Conducts advanced financial analysis as required on a per-SOW or contract basis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to work with a team to solve

problems involving several options in situations. Requires analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Computer skills required: EAM/CMMS ; Spreadsheet and Word Processing (Excel, Word); Project

Management Software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) ; Email

Ability to learn and apply maintenance best practices.

Ability to work towards specific goals and objectives with limited daily oversight
