We are looking for an Intelligent Asset Management Practitioner for our Digital Manufacturing & Operations practice. You will work at a European level and work cross various industries, bringing in functional expertise in Maintenance and Reliability with a track record in both business development and consulting service delivery. You will help our clients transform their operational performance by using new leading edge Iot , edge, mobil e applications , cloud platform s , and advanced predictive analytics technologies to modernize their Maintenance and Reliability functions in order to better optimize assets . You will work with clients and the account teams to take Intelligent Asset Management offering campaigns to market and deliver value-based outcomes at clien ts.

+ Develop strategies and tactics that help clients improve the overall performance of their assets and equipment

+ Provide functional expertise within maintenance and reliability domains , comfortable with Asset Management value levers, knowledge of clients’ core operations

+ T echnical expertise of the platforms and solutions that underpin Maintenance and Reliability functions.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 10+ years of cross-industry related experiences (Chemicals, Oil/ Gas, Consumer Goods, Industrials, Pharma, Utilities, Automotive, A&D)

+ 15+ years of M&R consulting experience

+ Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Ins titute of Asset Management (IAM) (or similar qualification) required

+ Thorough knowledge of CFR Part 192 & 195, ASME, API, NACE, ISO 33000, OSHA, NBIC, and NEC codes and standards.

+ Knowledge of TPM/Maintenance Excellence programs including SMRP 5 Bodies of Knowledge – Business and Management, Manufacturing Process Reliability, Equipment Reliability, People Skills, Work Management.

+ Solid understanding of one or more following maintenance business processes Shutdown/Turnaround (STO/TAR), Work Planning and Scheduling, Material Management , RCA, and or FMEA

+ Working knowledge of common maintenance and reliability tools such as Infor , SAP PM, Oracle eAM , IBM Maximo, Ivara, NRX, Reliasoft , Meridium, etc.

+ Experience driving large scale improvement programs within a maintenance organization

+ A bility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
