Technical Inside Sales Representative  

Job location: Copenhagen (Ballerup), Denmark 



As an Technical Sales Representative you will build and develop close business relations (both external and internal) and provide the highest possible service levels to our customers. You will support our sales team in searching for the new business opportunities appearing at Arrow’s existing clients pool and recruitment of new partners. 

No day is like any other at Arrow, but typically you will be busy with: 

  • Reaching out to assigned Arrow’s customers to learn more about their current and future needs in order to find new business opportunities 

  • Help our partners find the right cloud services based on their customers need. This includes technical architecture discussions. 

  • Handling incoming customers’  requests by generating, distributing and following price quotations to maximize the possibility of the customer completing an order 

  • Onboarding of new partners: Creating business plans, onboarding into Arrow systems and portals, activity planning, training and certification planning.  

  • Engaging with our vendors to deepen product and market knowledge and provide the right solution to our customers.  

  • Ensuring that Service Level Agreements and KPIs for assigned customers are met 


  • You are optimist with ‘can do’ attitude 

  • You’re a graduate from a technical university (Computer Science or similar faculty) with an interest about the newest technologies 

  • You are eager to identify business growth opportunities 

  • You have the confidence to hold business discussion with different stakeholders, whether it is an account manager, technical specialist, marketing colleague or decision-maker at the customer side 

  • Your previous experience in sales / IT Sales area (B2B) would be beneficial but is not a must 

  • You are fluent in English and Danish language
