Honeywell Advanced Materials business has been increasing its footprint in pharma, life sciences through sustainable refrigerants, high purity materials and high performance packaging. To continue to build our position in healthcare and life sciences, we have an exciting opening for Marketing Development Manager.

The Market Development Manager (MDM) will identify, develop, and drive excipient market participation and pipeline opportunities for Honeywell Fluorine Products in Inhaled applications for short- and long-term growth globally.  

The successful candidate will drive and convert sales pipeline opportunities for Honeywell Sustainable Solstice refrigerant platform, through building commercial expertise, developing customer relationships, understanding unmet needs across applications, and synthesizing competitive intelligence. The MDM will work with global, cross-functional teams focused on developing new adoptions and build internal expertise particularly in Inhaled applications.

| POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop go-to-market strategies, and content that differentiate Honeywell offering from competitive offerings, build value prop, collateral for participating in the Inhaled pharma market
Value-selling of Honeywell’s Solstice sustainable offering in the Inhalation space including COPD, Asthma, Biologics others
Build Honeywell pharma platform and expertise in the industry, establish collaborations with industry and research organizations including universities
Generate market and customer driven insight to participate in a market, demand generation and pitch solutions to brands and Contract manufacturers in pharma
Driving sales pipeline at Pharmaceutical end-users through multiple channels and across all development stages from initial tests until launch
Develop strategic, key account management (KAM) relationship with potential customers, accelerate follow-on opportunities
Own and Drive contract negotiations and close deals
Represent HON at industry events and associations, Conduct customer events and training workshops to promote offering and facilitate value proposition understanding

MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree / equivalent, with experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma market. MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development
Minimum 5 years experience in pharma or biopharmaceuticals materials
Minimum 5 year experience in a multinational environment
Customer driven and naturally curious
High level Understanding of regulatory pharma environment as it pertains to pharma brand strategy and growth/development
