This position would primarily focus on early talent development as well as selection, hiring and development of DP program. Drive overall Eaton China campus relations strategy and implementing campus activities as well as lead a team to provide onboarding support to DP. This position is based in Shanghai, China and reports to Learning & Culture Manager, China & North Asia.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

+ University Relations:

- Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive university relations and campus recruiting strategy for China which includes building strong relationships with target universities in China, strengthening Eaton’s brand on campus and delivering candidates to feed Eaton’s talent pipelines

- Identify and implement appropriate activities such as Elite Intern Program, donations and academic contests / activities that cultivate faculty relationships so that Eaton becomes the ‘Employer of Choice’ at the target schools

- Manage key external vendors and partners that support Eaton on campus. Plan and control University Relations budget

+ Eaton Development Program

- Lead the Eaton Development Program including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management and compensation…etc

- Drive the high performance for development program participants; maintain relationship with BU assignment manager and program sponsor to further improve the program quality.

- Maintain and update development program policy.

- Connected with US development program and other trainee programs in the market, make sure the AP development program is managed in alignment with business needs and market practice.

+ Early Talent Development

- Identify and make out the strategy of early talent to develop business growth

- Make communication to relative stakeholder

- Provide program to develop early talent

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree with related major. And fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

+ Leadership ability to develop & implement strategies and provide strong customer service to internal stakeholders

+ Strong analytical capability to be able to analyze performance data and implement process improvements

+ Strong communication and presentation skills with good influencing ability

+ Well organized, hands-on and highly collaborative, alliance building with proven record in establishing partnership with internal customers

+ Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

+ Prior people management experience is a preference

+ Experience of campus hiring, and management trainee is preferred
