Achieves successful on-site servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision throughout Southeast Wisconsin. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix administrative difficulties relating to delivery of service. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will deliver and participate in training sessions for fellow technicians. You will work with sales and local management to help deliver accurate quotes to customers. You will assist in the management of service contracts for key accounts.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Perform repair work on demand
  • Provide internal and external customer support
  • Adhere to administrative processes
  • Ability to work non-standard hours.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • 3+ years of field experience with commercial building automation or fire alarm systems. 
  • 2+ years of experience programming fire panels and performing inspections.
  • Valid driver’s license.
