Job Description
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Consultant!

The Consultant, Systems Strategy and Operations Planning, provides the necessary technical expertise, supporting process and capabilities for multiple software platforms, including but not limited to: SPRx, HBS/SPARCS, CATS, SFW, Pronet, PeopleSafe, Tableau, Sharepoint, RPA. The Consultant will provide support to Business Owners and Business Leads in delivery of key Operations Technology initiatives through fact-finding, research, requirements definition and conduct User Acceptance (UAT) testing as well as execute outcome monitoring and tracking. Additionally, the Consultant will be at the front-line of systems production support – analyzing data/production-cases to identify root cause and present root cause for solutioning. Lastly, the Consultant will support production release activities such as shakeout and use-case validation.

This position has the ability to be 100% work from home with preference being located close to one of our major hubs: Fairfield NJ, Raleigh NC, Tampa/Orlando FL, Monroeville PA, Mount Prospect IL, Lenexa KS, Phoenix AZ, Redlands CA.

Required Qualifications
1+ year of related experience within Technology operations or Pharmacy Operations roles.
∙ Proven ability to support multi-faceted initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation
∙ Demonstrated strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines
∙ Excellent presentation and communication skills/techniques
∙ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement
∙ Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and support the business

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of related experience in Technology Operations, or Pharmacy Operations.
∙ Bachelor's Degree Preferred
∙ Good understanding of metrics, measurement of activities, productive work, rates etc. to support calculation and/or validating value/savings, building business cases and business models for value
∙ Possess strong overall working and hands-on knowledge of specialty operations, processes, & system applications – UI, workflow, table structure etc.

Education
• High School diploma or (GED)
• Bachelors degree is preferred
