Industrial Gas Filtration and Generation Division, Parker Hannifin Corp, specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of compressed air & gas treatment, on-site gas generation systems and clean air solutions.

Position Summary

$1,250 Sign on Bonus for new full-time Parker team members!

Diagnose, repair and maintain facility equipment to ensure the reliable operation and safety of production and facility equipment.


1. Diagnose, repair and maintain facility equipment including Air Compressors, HVAC, Powder and Wet paint line, Laser and punch presses and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
2. Make recommendations for, manage and carry out facility needs, upgrades and improvements.
3. Manage use of vendors and contractors.
4. Support environmental requirements, hazardous waste, health and safety for the facility, including but not limited to lock out-tag out, fire sprinkler system and extinguishers, forklifts.
5. Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 14001 initiatives
6. Install electrical (110V & 240V) conduit, wiring switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors and other such equipment.
7. Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate records for preventative and predictive maintenance.
9. Performs other duties as necessary.


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with OSHA Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Experience with Industrial plant electrical wiring and code requirements, PLC operation, troubleshooting, machine mechanical and electrical operation.

• Ability to interpret wiring schematics, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
• Capable of scissor lift, forklift and boom lift operation.
• Ability to use and maintain a computerized maintenance work order notification system.
• Capable of developing standard work instructions for equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved.
• Skill in the care and use of tools and equipment used in the trades involved.
• Ability to interpret and work from pencil sketches and diagrams.
