Job Description
As a Sr. Advisor for the Enterprise Healthcare Solutions Team, you will serve as the senior level liaison for clients within the Enterprise Health Plan segment area of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will be the single point of contact with Enterprise Health Plans and will use your expertise to leverage enterprise programs to improve quality measures, close gaps in care, lower overall healthcare costs, elevate the member experience and grow market share across all lines of business. This role strategically enables Health Plans to achieve their goals within the marketplace, as well as promote growth and engagement through CVS channels.

You will accomplish this through:

- Leading your book of business (including account management, clinical coordination, and operations) and having full ownership for client satisfaction, product, and service delivery.

- Driving sales opportunities and serving as a consultative resource by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate CVS Health solutions.

- Implementing value based arrangements to drive quality measure improvement which aligns with payer goals and objectives.

- Developing and delivering timely information and reporting to clients based on their strategic priorities and programs provided by CVS.

- Delivering value to the Enterprise by building relationships with key client stakeholders to drive innovation and the adoption of additional CVS services and programs that benefit both the client and CVS Health.

- Leading the internal coordination and alignment across applicable matrix partners to address client needs.

Support contracting for DME and medical immunizations as a part of an overall clinical solution to unlock full value of HealthHUB and overall retail healthcare services.

- Coordinating with internal partners to develop and execute agreements with health plan partners.

- Working cross functionally with peers from across the Enterprise including: Payer Relations, Retail Product Development, Retail Growth & Innovation, HealthHUB, Minute Clinic, etc. to provide key information on Health Plan needs and identify partnership opportunities to grow the business.

- Participating in industry meetings and conferences as a representative of CVS Health and the Enterprise Healthcare Solutions team.

- Taking on additional assignments and responsibilities relative to the needs of the business to support CVS Health’s business objectives including delivering key market insights to CVS strategy, marketing and product development teams.

Your success as an Enterprise Healthcare Solutions Director will be driven by your ability to grow enterprise share and revenue/margin for your assigned book of business and be the trusted CVS resource for the clients you serve. You will function as the leader for your client portfolio to deliver results for your clients. Your understanding of the CVS Health Enterprise (PBM, Retail, Managed Care, Minute Clinic, HealthHUB, etc.) as well as keeping up-to-date on market trends will enable you to position CVS Health programs and solutions effectively to key client decision makers. The contributions you make as an Enterprise Healthcare Solutions Director will position CVS Health for long term growth in today’s competitive healthcare environment. This role aligns well with an individual possessing an Entrepreneurial mindset.

The candidate can be located in one of the CVS Corporate Hubs or remotely. You must have ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required Qualifications
3+ years sales and account management experience in healthcare or the PBM industry

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing health plan accounts

Experience managing a book of business in the healthcare industry

B2B solution/marketing/sales experience

Retail pharmacy knowledge/experience

Managing health plan and/or employer accounts

Government programs knowledge

Understanding of Stars and HEDIS quality measures

Problem solving and contract/negotiation skills

Education
Bachelor's degree
