Kelly is seeking a contract to hire Developer for our client in the Healthcare Industry.  This 4-month assignment offers competitive pay and great benefits.  

 

Pay Rate: $/hr. (W2) No C2C

Length: 4+months (Contract to hire)

Location: Chicago, IL, Tulsa, OK or Richardson, TX – up to 20% Travel

 

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new RPA-based applications; knowing one or more programming languages; knowing one or more development methodologies / delivery models. The position will interface directly with business partners and various stakeholder groups (both IT and non-IT); excellent interpersonal skills are required.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to AMS and other Center teams, as required.
  • Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps.
  • Traditional Development
  • Design, build, and unit test highly scalable applications.
  • Provide maintenance support to applications as required supporting incident escalations.
  • Identify new technologies, trends, and opportunities.
  • Agile Development
  • Participate in sprint planning, design, coding, unit testing, sprint reviews.
  • Provide basic design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development. Design, develop, and distribute reusable technical components.
  • Assist in developing of technical documentation; participate in test-plan development, integration and deployment.
  • Define & develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of application solutions for clients.

 

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
  • Possess ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required.
  • Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with UIPath, or another RPA platform (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in several areas of RPA (Desktop Application, Web Applications, Citrix Environment, Salesforce, Excel, Mainframe and/or Legacy Systems)
  • Extensive previous hands-on experience with at least one high level programming language (.Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CC, Python, Web Services, Mainframe, Web Applications, SQL, Data Integration Tools, Technical Automation Tools)
  • Demonstrated Full-Stack/Cross-functional role experience
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Strong CICD and DevOps (“shift left”) mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership experience: team leader, coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Experience Healthcare, insurance or finance industries
  • UiPath Advanced Certification
