+ Participate in large global programs which help telecommunications and media clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.

+ Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects, such as digitalization of customer operations, digital sales transformation, evolution of customer value management and evolved customer engagement by leveraging on omnichannel real-time personalized experiences.

+ Industry Experience:

+ Telecom or Media Industry background experience (B2C and B2B areas).

+ Knowledge of telecom products across wireline, wireless and Enterprise domains.

+ Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TAM preferred. eTOM certification is a plus.

Experience in the following areas related to Telecommunications & Media clients is desirable:

+ Real-time Experience Personalization.

+ AI Powered Customer Care.

+ Digital sales and customer service.

+ Enhanced lead generation and management with AI and data enriched.

+ Omnichannel superior hyper personalized experience.

+ Intelligent Customer Service Automation (order management, orchestration, telecom billing).

+ Field Force Operations | Field Force Automation.

+ Automated Network & Service Operations.

Consulting Experience:

+ Experience in strategy and business consulting role conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics and experience management, architecture assessments, etc.

+ Experience in business case preparation and value realization.

+ Project Management Skills (Mandatory). Prince 2 or PMP certifications will be an added advantage.

+ Agile Methodology knowledge (Scrum or SAFE) is highly desirable.

Key Competencies and skills:

+ Advanced English (mandatory). CV in English (mandatory).

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills.

+ Ability to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions.

+ Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
