You are:
A results-oriented individual who creates talent, learning and organization development solutions that accelerates business performance and delivers measurable results as a Senior Talent Development and Learning Consultant.  You are a versatile consultant who is able to build sustainable partnerships with key business leaders.

This role can sit anywhere within the United States and be agile (remote).  

You will:
•    Partner with stakeholders to diagnose “root cause” talent, leadership, learning and performance skill gap areas and prioritize talent development solutions focused on learning, enablement and building organizational capability aligned to strategic priorities.
•    Oversee an extended team of NIIT Learning & Performance Consultants and partner with HR Business Partners and fellow Senior Talent Development & Learning Consultants, especially with Presort & Ecommerce Global Logistics to influence process implementation across the broader Ecommerce organization and in overall support of PB.  This role will support both Ecommerce Sales & Financial Services. 
•    Jointly develop performance improvement metrics and outcomes for all talent, leadership & learning solutions.
•    Serve as the primary liaison between your internal stakeholders and the Learning, Leadership & Organizational Development team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate talent development solutions.
•    Coach individuals, managers and teams to improve and develop their performance in alignment with personal growth and organization objectives.
•    Lead cross-enterprise leadership & organization development programs and initiatives.
Your background:
As a Senior Talent Development and Learning Consultant, you have:
•    5+ years’ business experience consulting with individuals, teams and leaders at all levels of the organization.
•    5-7 years' experience in either HR, Leadership, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Sales Enablement roles
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Behavior / Industrial Psychology, or Human Development disciplines.  A Masters degree highly preferred.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
•    Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder requirements 
•    A demonstrated comfort level with ambiguity and change 

Preferred: 
•    Executive Coaching Certification from an accredited coaching program is a plus
