About the Role


Our Identity Access Management is looking for a Tech Operation Associate at Hyderabad location to provide support for Mainframe team as per business requirements. Team is responsible for create, modify and delete both human and non-human accounts. We work on RACF and Top-secret.

Mainframe Security and Access Management team, under Identity Access Management is primarily responsible for provisioning (create and modify) and de-provisioning (delete) both human and non-human accounts on the Mainframe and Middleware (IR360) platform. Managing account also includes password reset, re-activation and unlocking accounts.



Market Skills and Certifications


Responsibilities:

  • Creating, modifying and deleting human and non-human accounts on Mainframe platform.

  • Creating, modifying and deleting human accounts on Middleware platform.

  • Creating, modifying and deleting domain logins and local logins on Mainframe.

  • Password reset and unlocking accounts.

  • Understand approval process before provisioning or de-provisioning.

  • Working on time constraint high priority requests like CR and PRB tickets.

  • Participate in 24*7 on-Call support rotation for Mainframe and Middleware Security and Access management team and escalated requests.

  • Participate in Weekly meetings to discuss about our process changes and about challenges faced.

  • Participate in LOB initiatives and take on additional responsibilities with BAU activities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably of Computer science or Information Technology

  • 4+ years hands on experience on provisioning on mainframes. Experienced on managing access, roles, profiles and security of mainframes.

  • Experience with any of the following, Zos, mainframe basics, RACF, Top-secret, ISPF TSS commands and Middleware Platform.

  • Must have good understanding of RACF / Top-secret /TSS / TPX / Middleware platforms.

  • Must have hands-on experience on RACF/TSS/ISPF and Middleware.

  • Must any one Database Administration/Information Security certification (Security +, CISSP, CIAM) /IAM vendor based certifications (Cyberark, Oracle, IBM) certified.

  • Knowledge and experience with any IAM, Provisioning, role management and certification tool

  • Basic troubleshooting skills on RACF, ACF2 , Top-secret platforms

  • Knowledge and experience on Applications Infrastructure in a Large Enterprise environment.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of information security and IAM practices and policies

  • Experience with Service Delivery and SLAs/KPIs monitoring. Proven ability for high volume/high quality results

  • Good to have knowledge on formal risk management methodology / regulatory guidelines required for financial service organizations / information security compliance/policies and ability to identify & contribute towards mitigating risks.

  • Must have analytical and problem-solving abilities; understanding of data analysis techniques, standards and error handling concepts

  • Must have good interpersonal and strong communication skills; clear verbal and written communication skills to facilitate solutions and resolve problems

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift

  • Must be self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented

  • Exposure to ticketing tools like ART, BMC Remedy/ Zen desk etc.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance
