**Description:** The Strategic Planning organization seeks a Senior Staff Strategic Planning analyst to, help develop, and implement financial growth strategies for the business\. As a member of the dynamic and engaging Enterprise & Campaign Strategy team, this individual will be working collaboratively with other team members and individuals from across the business to drive results\. The person in this position will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of strategies associated with organic and inorganic growth;

• Serving as a liaison to LOBs and functions in strategy\-investment execution linkage;

• Developing and managing internal campaign and cross\-campaign strategies;

• Ensuring consistent project support to meet high\-demand campaigns and high op\-tempo strategic planning cycles

• Synthesizing market, environmental, budgetary, and financial trends to inform senior leader decisions;

• Conducting contextualized, decision\-quality scenario analysis;

• Leading trade studies, developing and evaluating various business models strategies

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Experience with financial planning and/or forecasting methods

• Demonstrated cross\-organizational consensus\-building

• Experience with analysis and data visualization on a wide range of market, environmental, budgetary, and financial issues

**Desired Skills:**

• Knowledge of or experience with ongoing competitive captures

• Detailed knowledge of Aeronautics, Lines of Business and functions

• Experience developing business cases for capture effort and/or investment request

• Experience with complex, strategy development or problem solving

• Understanding of portfolio management principles and investment project evaluation techniques
