Reports to the General Manager.

This position is located in Borger, Texas, USA and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:
  • Oversee risk-based inspection (RBI) program for all piping, vessels, tanks, relief valves and other associated equipment in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve safety and production reliability performance to world class standards
  • Oversee site functional groups including pipefitting, millwrights, instrumentation and electrical trades, plant inspections, lubrication and vibration programs and overall plant reliability root cause failure analysis
  • Lead the facility work management system processes which include, planning, scheduling, outage, and Turnaround systems execution
  • Manage all asset care strategies such as condition monitoring, preventative maintenance, BOMs, critical spares management program, and application of new technologies
  • Lead execution of all field QA/QC systems
  • Facility owner of root cause failure analysis program in direct support of site safety, reliability and plant efficiency improvements
  • Execute fundamental work management system components in collaboration with engineering, operations, contracted resources and plant leadership teams
  • Coordinate efforts for all Turnaround/Outage planning, execution and cost control systems
  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team to ensure a culture of care and a commitment to proactive injury prevention and flawless execution of the site process safety and environmental programs
  • Provide exceptional people leadership that inspires, motivates and develops our team members through an inclusive environment of trust, transparency and accountability to others
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferred
  • 15 years' experience with industrial plant asset care programs
  • 8 years' experience with people leadership and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in a complex and high-performance team environment
  • Experience with behavior-based safety programs and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Knowledge of asset care maintenance and reliability systems
  • Ability to own large budget stewardship, cost control and forecasting processes
  • Exposure to vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography and other PM/PdM technologies
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP
