As a CMB Loan Support Analyst, you will help with the everyday needs of our clients both internal and external with their Commercial Banking loans. This role also offers opportunity for ad-hoc reporting for senior management, risk management via portfolio oversight, and working as a liaison between customers, relationship management, product, operations and legal. Always working with an eye to Identify, mitigate and remedy documentation and operational risk. This role will also cross between the Commercial Real Estate servicing team and others.

Each day you will, attend to the phone lines of the support group, receive inquiries via-email or other channels. You will be responsible for execution of customer requests related to loan activity, and management of automation dashboards to work through exceptions. This group is evolving and continually taking on more responsibilities in a rapidly changing environment.

To thrive in this role you must be comfortable with customer interaction, ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients. You must also have an acumen for the Microsoft office suite, as much of the work processed is in excel.

Qualifications
