Job Description:

that'Northrop Grumman’s Defense Services sector is looking for a Project Management Professional to support the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS) In-Service Support (ISS) as a Program Integration Lead. The program is to support the NATO customer by providing In-Service support for the Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Contract Logistics Support (CLS) of the aircraft and ground segments located Naval Air Station (NAS) in Sigonella, Italy.

The primary objective of this position will be supporting the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The candidate will help lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals. Project Management Analysts are responsible for supporting all phases of program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout).

Primary responsibilities are to track and support the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems which include, but are not limited to:

• Develop Program Statement of Work

• Measure and report program performance

• Understand and adhere to master plans and schedules

• Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements

• Adhere to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards

• Track KPI with Mission Assurance team and work issues to mitigate KPI performance

• Manage NATO/USG/customer supplied property or information (NFE/GFE, NFI/GFI, etc.)

• Develop new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, and capture planning

• Conduct thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization

• Coordinate call off purchase order proposals with internal team to ensure schedules and commitments are met

• Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope, and manages change through control board activities

• Support of direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance

• Develop and adhere to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies The primary objective of this position will be supporting the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 3-years experience OR 7-years experience in lieu of degree

Active/Current DoD Secret Clearance 2-years experience in Project Management with working knowledge of the following

- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) - Developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

- Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)

- Development, Implementation and Project Schedule Status

- Developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) - Project Estimating - Request for Proposal (RFP) - Statement of Work (SOW) Decomposition - Planning - Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

- Cost and Schedule Performance Measurement

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience Unmanned Systems

- Logistics and Operations Background

- OCONUS and US Travel (25% of the time)

- Project Leadership Experience

- Experience with Foreign Companies and Operations
