The Supply Chain PM Analyst will be responsible for the following:
                                                                                                                                                                                                             
 This individual will be part of the Customer Supply Chain Product Management (SCPM) group. He/she will use knowledge of metrics management, project management, enterprise-wide supply chains and systems, and manufacturing operations to function as an integral member of a development team devoted to 2 key aspects:  Stability Metrics development and tracking to enable robust transfer of support from NPI teams to Base Business teams, and ERP Systems Set Up to support the generation and maintenance of product data within our supply chain systems.
The candidate will ensure continuity of supply through sustainable world-class manufacturing & supply chain operations by leading and participating in key strategic NPI projects.  This position requires supporting and influencing cross-functional team members in R&D, Quality Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, Plan, Make, External Operations, and Deliver. Assignments will typically be of high complexity and impact to the organization.  Responsibilities will include:


• Lead / Support Spine NPI projects for Supply Chain Readiness Gate 6 (transfer from NPI to Base Business) evaluation and approval
• Support standard process, metrics, and targets for evaluating NPI Stability
• Support stability metric tracking and trending for NPI Project teams to use throughout SCR Gates
• Manage dashboard for monthly stability metric tracking and trending for full Spine NPI Portfolio
• Support Systems Launch Lead in the generation and maintenance of NPI Product Code master data within the supply chain systems (PLM, ERP, etc)
• Orchestrate cross-functionally to collect and update relevant project and product code data
• Manage database reporting for full Spine NPI Portfolio
• Other coordination activities as required
 
Qualifications
• BS in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• A minimum of 3-5 years work experience required; Medical Device / Pharmaceutical / Biologics preferred
• Strong communication and influencing skills are required
• Experience leading cross functional teams is required; experience with NPD teams preferred
• Strong time management and project execution skills are required
• Project Management / PMP / FPX certification preferred
• This position is based in Raynham, MA
