This position is primarily responsible for providing necessary Functional (tecnho) Support to GFSS Users on the day to day queries including month ends & system issues and would liaise with Technical Team on the queries & issues require IT support. As part of the system enhancement & production support responsibilities, this position will take care of preparing various documents for configuration, Conversion, Functional Design, Test Scripts and will work with Technical Team to support on POCs, TUTs, FUTs & Production deployments during the Project life-cycle.

This position would also be responsible to support SAP conversion Projects including the implementation of Dolphin PTS for sites moving onto the Global SAP Un1ty Environment from an Account Payables perspective. These projects would include working closely with IT organization on the implementations for New Sites, LES initiatives, Oracle to SAP conversions, System/Version upgrades, driving RPA initiatives, CI Projects and any other system enhancement Projects in GFSS Pune PTP vertical. As a Sr. Analyst, the primary task would be liaising with IT on business requirement gathering, Future State design, Data conversion & validation, Unit Testing, UAT, Production & post go-live support.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

'• Provide subject matter expertise in GFSS applications and serves as the liaison between the Finance functional team and IT technical teams leveraging

their SAP systems and set-ups knowledge.

'• Support SAP conversion Projects from PTP process standpoint in all phases of project including system, integration, regression, and end-to-end

testing. Perform analysis of proposed process / system changes and provide knowledge & input on implications of process changes with a focus on

PTP process.

• Work with Global Process Leaders (GPLs) and Change Control Board (CCB) as required to gain approval for changes

• Execute and test approved changes in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) Test team, GFSS Process teams, and IT teams.

• Interpret business requirements and technical/functional design documents in order to adequately address risks/changes and effectively develop a

test plan, scenarios, test cases and scripts

• Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical and Operation teams to plan and execute test processes both functionally and technically to ensure

complete and accurate results

• Effectively lead, participate and/or coordinate issues in the defect management lifecycle including identification, categorization, prioritization, , resolution,

verification and closure

• Collaborate with Oracle to SAP conversion program team to meet key project deliverables and timelines from a GFSS perspective

• Actively participate in project team meetings to offer insights to testing, breaking down complex problems to ensure understanding for targeted audience

• Support GFSS Team on quick resolution of Cases and work with Technical Team on the Cases require IT Support

• Technology and Improvements: Help in the identification, implementation of standard technology to drive efficiency, compliance and improvements. Example: Support PTS implementation & deployment, Concur Implementations, RPA initiatives and any other similar integration projects from Functional standpoint

• Ensure up to date knowledge of GFSS processes, through SME Group and strong working relationship with internal GFSS teams

• Building SAP Techno-Functional Capabilities within GFSS

* The position requires managing and interacting with global technical/functional SAP teams and/or with the customer through daily activities

• Developing, extracting adhoc reports in SAP based on business requirements

Qualifications

Requirement-

* MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ B.Com.

* 8-10 years of total experience in finance domain

* 6-8 years of experience in SAP implementations & support. Should have

done at least one full SAP implementation. Implementations in a

Manufacturing organization is preferable

* Knowledge of SAP FICO Modules with expertise in AP Processes

* SAP FICO Modules knowledge with expertise in AP

* Well versed with integration of FI with other modules of SAP

* Understands Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW)

* Understanding Project Management with expertise in Prolaunch

* Knowledge of Dolphin PTS

* Understanding of Technical Architecture of SAP

* Knowledge of Business reports development using SQLVI, LSMW

* Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skilled in time, priority and task management.

* Good trouble-shooter and proven exposure as a Production support specialist

* Proven competency in presentation, training, documentation and support

* Interpersonal communications skills to interact with customers and

team members, facilitate discussions, and exercise professional

judgment as required.

* Strong managerial courage to challenge test plans and results.
