We have an opportunity for a Sr Account Manager Fire to join our Fire Business team in Spain.

Preferred location for the position is Zaragoza and other possibilities are Barcelona office or Bilbao office.

Responsibilities:

·       Customers: Exhibits extensive knowledge of the customer’s business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and is able to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization;

·       Opportunity discovery: discovers at an early sales stage a business opportunity Fire Detection, PAVA and Security in the most integrated approach.

·       Sales process: proactively leads, manages and executes the disciplined sales process from start to finish, anticipated customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution, acts as team leader internally and externally during the entire sales process.

·       Business relationships: plans and leverages internal and external relationships to drive business for HSF. Establishes strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer.  Networks internally with HSF and other Honeywell business groups to achieve full customer satisfaction with the best internal resources.

·       Results: Profitable growth and focus on existing and new opportunities and new customers

Qualifications:

·       Five+ years of business selling experience within Fire Detection, Security, BMS, HVAC, and Integrated solutions.

·       Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships

·       Proven experience prospecting for opportunities within engineering, general constructors.

·       Extensive customer expertise within Healthcare, Commercial, Pharmaceutical and CIP vertical markets.

·       Demonstrated previous customer acquisition and key accounts relationship experience

·       Previous experience in Engineering and estimating will be much appreciated.

·       Spanish and English on a fluent level
