Use your knowledge of machine maintenance and mechanical skills to help Honeywell Aero deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our facilities and customers.
Responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine servicing and Preventive Maintenance of all machine shop equipment: CNC machines, EDM machines, standard milling machines, grinders, and other miscellaneous equipment.
  • Assemble, install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with engineering specifications.
  • Control spare parts inventory for all preventative maintenance.
    Machine shop chemicals inventory management.
  • Setup and coordinate repair vendors and calibration of all shop equipment.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in a high paced production environment while complying to

Health and Safety requirements.

  • Work with, maintain and repair complex and innovative equipment and machinery.
  • Use your Millwright skills by working on exciting products and technologies.
  • Broaden and expand your knowledge by learning from highly experienced team members and participating in challenging assignments

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-secondary education in industrial mechanics
  • Minimum 3-5 of experience in maintenance and repairing CNC and/or EDM machines

WE VALUE

  • Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright
  • Knowledge of PM software
  • Experience in servicing EDM (Electrical Discharge Machines)
    SAP knowledge
  • Focus on important information and identify key details
    Clear and concise communications
  • Analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
    Significant relevant experience
