This client is looking for a persuasive leader in their electrical distribution process to help drive fanatical customer loyalty for the brands they represent.

You will become a key employee to help electrical contractors understand the value of using the core brands and technologies the company represents within their industry. You should have a competitive drive to dominate the market share of competing companies in their space.

You will be assigned core accounts within a designated region to ensure the product usage is flowing and growing. You will help educate the customers regarding promotions driven by the OEMs to help drive customer acquisition and growth.

As a POC for the company, you will help introduce new products and educate the accounts accordingly to acquire more products as needed.

Lastly, you should help drive new leads for sales to provide lay-ups regarding

new business or expanding business.

The role is part educator, part sales, and part influencer to understand opportunities to grow business.

Your goals to success are predicated upon your overall account activity, driving promotional activity with key customers, driving product goals in sales for customers and distributors, and other aspects like training, and so on.

The job will be in the Southern California area (Riverside/Inland Empire region) and will require daily travel to customer’s places of business.

This is a home-based role, but daily travel is required.

Salary, plus possible bonus, medical/dental/vision, and mileage reimbursement.
