We are a team of 25+ professionals of different nationalities, which makes the team atmosphere an interesting multicultural place to work in. Any European speaker is welcome; however English remains our language in common. Our work scope can change because we have to respond to various client’s requests, and this means that we work on our own, with guided supervision and are we expected to be able to make decisions by ourselves. This will be your future role:

We help our clients (Accenture Sales Team) with the administrative support related to the Resale of Technology (Hardware, Software , Maintenance and Licenses Renewals), from creating the Accenture offer to final clients, controlling the required documentation, gathering the approvals needed, requesting purchase orders and following the delivery of the products, to invoicing the client. We constantly communicate with our colleagues from Sales, Finance and other teams and we mediate the entire process in order to successfully resolve the client’s request. If we think of the reselling process as e.g. a hamburger, we are the ingredients “in the middle” connecting the whole product.

We are the responsible of dealing the End-to-End process of the Resale on technology transactions, ensuring all parties involved (including ourselves) deliver their scope on time and accurately, and follow Accenture policies.

We are seeking for someone who we can rely on, because the result of our work depends a lot on dutiful and proactive attitude as well as on our mutual collaboration.

This is what you should have:

+ Communication skills: You will communicate via email as well as participate in conference calls regularly.

+ Multitasking/ Time management: You will jump from one task to another based on priorities.

+ Advisor: Once you understand all the processes, you will advise our salespeople in case of doubt or if better approaches are available.

+ MS Excel: Intermediate/Advance

+ SAP: Beginner (as nice to have but not mandatory)

+ ServiceNow: Beginner (as nice to have but not mandatory)

+ You will use different tools, Excel and SAP; while Excel should be your old acquaintance, we can train you to use SAP/ServiceNow and other tools.

+ You enjoy communicating in English and in any other language as a plus, fluently.
