The **Project Management & Planning Operations Representative** will:

• Take the lead in preparations for customer meetings, release planning events, EPPs, and employee communications\. Coordinate events and logistics\.

• Maintain program area SharePoint sites and manage permissions\. Understand new technology and collaboration solutions\.

• Manage program schedules and lead\-up activities prior to major customer milestones and internal events\. Update calendars, checklists and coordinate planning with PMT\.

• Support quarterly program reviews: meeting minutes, action item tracking, generate customer deliverables\.

• Support month end Earned Value Management reporting\.

• Ad hoc support to Space Security proposals\. Respond to data requests by space security and E&T leadership

• Manage associated processes and be responsible for ad hoc projects as assigned\.

The Project Management & Planning Operations Representative will possess excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills\. In addition, the Representative will excel in fast\-paced, high\-demand environments with the ability to effectively\. Be responsible to support the day\-to\-day operations of the Space Security Division of LM Space / Mission Solutions\.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\. Ability to acquire a TS/SCI Clearance

**Basic Qualifications:**

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and SharePoint

· Demonstrated project leadership experience

· Understanding of Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management

· Familiarity with agile software development

· Proficient in coordination of meetings/events

**Desired Skills:**

· Active TS/SCI security clearance

· Proficiency with the Conference Room Scheduling system

\- Access to one or more of the Space Security programs

· Configuration management / data management experience

· Familiarity with VersionOne backlog management tool
