Requisition Number: S_210602 Department: College of Law-0899 Description of Work: Provide administrative support to College of Law faculty, including classroom material preparation, word processing, collection, and distribution; photocopying, printing, and scanning; document format conversion (e.g., pdf); assisting law students; handling confidential information; organizing and storing data; maintaining office supplies; assisting with travel arrangements; assisting with the administration of exams; relaying mail to professors on leave; relaying messages from students to professors; providing faculty support for a legal writing course, including collection and distribution of written assignments and grades, maintaining information on course management system, and helping to coordinate meetings between legal writing faculty; assisting with law college events and other duties as assigned.
