Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Program Scheduling Analyst to join our growing team of qualified individuals to support the Autonomous Systems Operating Unit (ASOU).  The preferred location for this role is on-site in Sierra Vista, Arizona, but the selected candidate may support the team virtually as a full-time teleworker.

Responsibilities:

Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives

Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality

Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts

Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Basic Qualifications:

Must have one of the following:

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of Microsoft Project and Earned Value experience

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Project and Earned Value experience

Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Project and Earned Value experience

Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance

Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)

Experience with resource loading, schedules and proposals

Willingness to perform other job related tasks as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Business Administration

Active security clearance
