As Insurance professional in our Insurance Capability Network team, you’ll work with key industry players in the Insurance sectors around the world. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic fast-paced environment of challenge, growth and continuous learning in one of the most sought-after industries. You’ll help our clients keep up with the latest market challenges and innovations and bring them the industry-leading best practices, technologies and strategies in everything from product or process optimization – to actuary, regulatory compliance, robotics, artificial intelligence - and the booming switch to platforms and cloud.

What will you do?

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Insurance Consultant in our Insurance practice a typical day may include :

+ Helping shape thought capital around current and emerging Insurance topics

+ Building relationships with global Accenture insurance teams

+ Managing projects that address the latest global challenges of the insurance world

+ Defining, testing and implementing architectures, capabilities and processes

+ Using your analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights

+ Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language

+ Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry

+ Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change

Who and what we are looking for?

+ Minimum bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or similar

+ Minimum of 3 years of actuarial business or consulting experience (life and/or non-life)

+ Exposure to IFRS 17, Solvency II regulations

+ Excellent English skills is a must, other languages (German, French, etc.) would be an asset

+ Excellent skills in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint;

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Other skills that will be considered as advantage:

+ Actuarial license or progress in passing actuarial exams

+ Experience with actuarial software (Prophet, etc.) and programing skills (R, Python, VBA, other)

+ Practical knowledge of cloud solutions, robotics, automation in the insurance/actuarial domain

Working Conditions:

+ Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)

+ Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.

+ Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
