Infosys is looking for a Senior SFDC Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.



Basic Qualifications for ~~Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Location for this position is flexible

Preferred Qualifications for ~~Senior SFDC Consultant
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
  • At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements in CRM, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Very good understanding of Best Practice of Salesforce platform implementations.
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Valid Salesforce Credentials - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant / Sales Service Consultant
