What we build:

We are looking for a talented software engineering leader to join our expanding digital banking engineering team. Your challenge will be to lead and build our next generation banking applications that will scale millions of user logins and tens of thousands of transactions per second. Our highly scalable platform will be used by several thousand financial applications, clients and financial app developers. You will contribute to the development ecosystem for app delivery in the cloud and supportability at scale. Our software engineers design and write code everyday that is highly performant, highly resilient and highly scalable.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver core product releases and projects with high quality, on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise and manage team comprising of application architects, senior development engineers.
  • Maintain and support legacy products with delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Building cloud native applications and microservices for our SaaS offerings
  • Migrate On-premise solutions and customers on a digital transformation journey to the cloud.
  • Hire, mentor, lead and motivate a global team of software engineers within the scope of their projects and performance
  • Contribute and help lead architecture, design, development and processes efforts with your team
  • Maintain SLAs for our hosted environments with software product updates and defect resolutions.
  • Foster Innovation, latest technology trends, problem resolution and best practices culture

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 4+ years of experience working with GCP/Azure Cloud infrastructure/network
  • 4+ years of experience working with GCP/Azure Cloud project/subscription constructs
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetesor othercontainer-basedtechnology
  • 2+ years working with CI/CD tools and technology; like Github Actions and Artifactory
  • 2+ years working with IAC/CM technology; like Terraform, Helm, Chef and Salt
  • Ability to document and publish recommendations and guidance
  • Have experience writing applications in Python, Ruby, or Go
  • Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (preferably GCP solutions like BigQuery, BigTable, etc.), data pipelines, BI technologies (preferably Looker).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Proven experience leading complex projects
  • Agile Scrum experience
  • Demonstrate customer focus and proven track record of delivery.

Preferred Experience:
  • Financial Services / Banking Industry experience
