Key Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with key technical team members to provide leadership and direction to cross functional team, and accountable for on-time program development objectives
  • Analyzes market data to identify new trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling presentations of that synthesis.
  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments within semiconductor markets  
  • Articulates market requirements for multiple products, including product strategy definition, requirement analysis, technology product roadmaps and value/pricing
  • Directs the development of business plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage and financial ROI
  • Recommends to GM and technical partners on how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve business goals
  • Drives IP strategy of product offering in partnership with technical and legal teams
  • Analyzes and synthesizes the competitive analysis of products, and provides recommendations to product development path and success metrics
  • Integrates and prioritizes products/programs into a coherent portfolio aligned to risks and ROI.

  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive expertise (both business and technical) in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within the semiconductor industry roadmap

Experience

  • 15+ years experience in the semiconductor or related markets required; experience in process or integration engineering strongly preferred
  • MBA with technical undergraduate degree in physics, engineering, chemistry, or materials science required.  Master’s or PhD in related technical field a plus”
