Systems Engineer Stf\. will have the ability to contribute to Model\-Based System Engineering \(MBSE\) initiatives within the assigned program\. The successful candidate will employ Model Based Systems Engineering approaches across multiple programs developing Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize needed views of model data to communicate system design and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains\.

As a Systems Engineer Stf\. for Model Based Systems Engineering \(MBSE\) , you will:

\- Lead or support MBSE efforts on multiple programs; solicit stakeholder needs for MBSE implementation

\- Develop architecture and interface documentation from model data

\- Elicit customer/stakeholder needs and requirements from model data

\- Use system design data from model to develop assembly, integration and verification data from model

\- Take on additional engineering modernization tasks, as needed

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\. Individual must have a current and active US Department of Defense \(DoD\) TS security clearance\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

**· Active/Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI Clearance**

· Experience applying SysML to Systems Engineering efforts and working with modern SysML tools

· Experience applying a number of Systems Engineering processes in a program setting

· Participating on teams implementing MBSE on programs

· Using MBSE execution and analysis tools and managing Model content

· Experience working in an agile environment

· Experience developing new business plans and supporting strategic initiatives

· Understanding stakeholder needs and defining solutions

· Development and analysis of system requirements

· Developing CONOPS and design

**Desired Skills:**

· Model Based System Engineering expertise

· Cameo/Rhapsody Modeling experience

· Use Cases knowledge

· Test Threads knowledge

· Integrating analysis tools

· Antennas design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering

· Hands on software design and

software/system architecture

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

· Quick thinker, fast learner/Proactive, problem solver, creative, critical thinking skills

· Develops solutions to assigned technical problems of limited scope

· Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

· Working knowledge of Jenkins and experience with test or modeling automation is a plus\.

· DoD 8570 Security\+ Certification

· Basic networking knowledge

· Basic System Administration knowledge

· Willingness to travel to customer sites for short durations to troubleshoot system and train personnel

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree\.
